What's your return policy?

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery — unworn, tags on. Reach out to us at hello@ridgeraft.com to start the process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties not included in the order total.

What materials do you use?

Depends on the product. We spec each piece for its job — recycled nylon where it makes sense, merino where warmth matters, stretch-woven where movement is everything. Check individual product pages.

How do I find my size?

Each product has a size guide in the product details. When in doubt, size up — our cut runs true but athletic.

Is the gear tested in real conditions?

Yes. We're a team of outdoor athletes. If it doesn't hold up when it matters, it doesn't go in the line.
